"I began working with Brett Williams
after attending his 9 Step Business Growth Seminar. I was
already an avid marketer, running a successful salon for
the previous 15 years, but I was ready to take my business
to the next level. Over the following 2 years Brett developed
a variety of highly effective new business marketing programs

“Our Perth based Magazine & Media business started working with Brett Williams from Response Marketing Solutions at a time when we were looking to improve the results of our direct marketing and telemarketing program for our web directory adverts. At this time I also took up the opportunity to manage the telemarketing division.
Together Brett and I overhauled all aspects of our direct marketing, including developing new telemarketing scripts, creating key selling benefits sheets, preparing new direct mail and email letters, creating a new offer and sales close strategy and training our telemarketing staff on the new program.
The whole structured approach has made a huge difference. With the new script, info pack and offer, the girls were more confident in their spiel, they quickly built rapport with the prospect and found it much easier to close the sale.
