Marketing Planning & Review Consultation (2hr, 4hr or 8hr sessions)

The Marketing Planning & Review Consultation we offer is a 3 Step process to give you best results possible for your time investment working on your business. The objective is to help you develop/revise a Marketing Action Plan that you complete during the consultation which creates immediate results and growth for your business.

Step 1 – We provide you with a 181 point Marketing Audit questionnaire that reviews every aspect of the advertising & PR, direct & relationship marketing, word of mouth marketing, client marketing, sales process & systems, service, points of difference, research & measurement. This tool alone is worth $300 and helps identify many opportunities you can action… before we even meet to discuss.

Step 2 – After sending us your completed questionnaire, we review this and any other marketing tools or documents you have so that we can identify and prepare key growth strategies & techniques as well as refinements to your existing approach & plan.

Step 3 – We meet for a 2 hour, ½ day (4 hour) or full day (8 hour) marketing planning & review consultation with you and any other key people you wish to be a part of the process. Firstly, we will review your existing/planned marketing approach to maximise the success of what you’re already doing/intending in all key areas of marketing, as well as outline a detailed tactical step by step approach for high growth strategies you have yet to tackle. We will also identify how you can develop each strategy as an ongoing system that is documented and automated to continue its success each month and year to follow.

How you will turn your New Knowledge into Successful Results?

To turn knowledge into Effective Action, throughout this process you will complete a Strategy form for each item we discuss (outlines Objective, Strategy, Tactics, Timelines and Responsibilities). At the end of our session we will review each form to prioritise the order of implementation based on Return on Investment potential) so you have a detailed MAP (Marketing Action Plan) and you know when, what and how to action each system, straight away.

One on One Consulting Program

This involves a 3 hour face to face marketing planning and review session once a month culminating in a Monthly Marketing Action Plan which you then follow over the month. In this session we;

1. Develop new strategies and how you will create them (letters, brochures ads etc)

2. We review what you developed last month and revise tweak and improve on each strategy before you implement them

3. We review what you implemented last month, test & measure, refine and improve for better results of with your further implementation, plus look at how to systemise what works so it achieves similar results with less personal effort from you or the team.

During each month as you work through developing and implementing various strategies, you have unlimited phone consulting available to you so that you can assess opportunities or get timely advice on any of your marketing or sales activities. In addition to phone consulting, you also have access to send us any of your letters ads, documents, scripts etc once you have developed them and we will provide a written review, critique and amendments to help improve the results of that marketing tool before you actually implement and finalise the printing, mailout or campaign.

Your investment options for One on One Consulting Program are:

1. 6 month one on one consulting program is $2100 (exc GST) per month

2. 12 month one on one consulting program is $2000 (exc GST) per month

The “Business Growth Optimisation” Consulting Services Package

This consulting service provides you with unlimited phone consulting and written email critique and review of any marketing or sales item (or opportunity) you are working on.

Every advert, direct mail letter, sales tool, graphic artwork or marketing opportunity you focus on, you can get up to the minute strategic and tactical advice from us by either phone or in the form of written recommendations and changes. To get the best value out of this service, it’s best that you consult with us before you develop any marketing strategy or promotional item (so that we can brief you on how best to set it up) and then after you have developed it (once you have artwork proofs, letter drafts etc) so we can tweak and refine it to optimise the results for when you implement.

Effectively RMS works directly with you on the first 5% of any marketing action (to point you in the right direction) and then in the last 5% to revise and refine your implementation (to multiply your results from your marketing action).

As there is no marketing planning involved, this consulting service requires no face to face consulting sessions or planned meeting time each month, so it not only a very flexible arrangement, but it also has an extremely high return on investment due to low financial fee for this level of support.

Your investment for the “Business Growth Optimisation” Consulting Service package is $1000 (exc GST) per month for 12 months.
